Dr. Mandi was nice although not very helpful. The staff though disrespected more than I have ever been in my entire life. They sent me on a wild goose chase for a week trying to find my prescription. Waiting a week for medicine isn't the end of the world but being told to go someone that either was the wrong location or the pharmacy doesn't exist anymore can be very frustrating. The worst is when they sent me to the 3rd Walgreens and then the prescription was filled out incorrectly so I had to come back in 24 hours in which they told me the next day that the script was cancelled. Their supposedly virtual assistant Klara did not help as well and I even emailed Dr. Myrna who has yet to get back to me. In general if you have any other options, I would suggest NOT going to this office. I hate to talk stink about anyone but this type of treatment made me want to leave Hawaii. NO ALOHA
