I could tell you some stories of when they went above and beyond for me during COVID, or when I got three bad cartridges in a row when Buddies had issues and these guys kept bringing out an exchange until it worked, making FOUR TRIPS in a day to my home… but really you should just see for yourself how amazing the experience is.
