My mom wanting to fix my ring for me took it in.not only did they say they did not ship it off.But the jeweler stole my diamond and the diamonds in the ring guard not even suppose to touch.now the diamonds fall out and can no longer wear. When called stated no thedt in 45 years.never looked into it and did nothing.Have your jewelry mapped before ever using this place. KUX SUX .THE ONLY THING WRONG WAS THE STAINLESS STEEL PRONG.TO GUARANTEE the diamond never fell out needed to be straingten.it was a flawless diamond i got from gordons in 1990. The diamond they gave back is so junky cracks all in the diamond.just junk.

My husband loves this place and the employees are always friendly and very helpful and they also have a beautiful selection of jewelry.
