If you're looking to print simple copies, go somewhere else. I told the man at the desk that I was looking to have a few things printed out. He pointed at their email address, then walked away into a room where I couldn't see him saying "ring the bell once you've sent it." He did not ask how many copies or if I needed them single or double sided, and he disappeared so quickly that I had no way to tell him. He printed 3 of the 4 documents, all single sided when I needed double. He made double-sided copies and then told me I was all set when a whole document was missing. Then he argued with me about this saying he never got a 4th document when it was all in the same email. I had to pull up my phone to show him. After all of this, he asked me why I needed these double-sided. And I paid probably twice what I would have anywhere else. Just plain bad customer service and poor execution of a simple request.
I have been coming to this place for a year now and I have not had a bad experience, the lady and gentlemen are so pleasant, they have a conversation with me every time I go.
fantastic local business. the owner is very friendly. I went there for a one-page printing job, and she kindly did it for me without any charge. highly recommended!
I'm not sure if many people use places like this unless it's for large commercial companies but it's great for individuals with no office materials and machines. Friendly and quick to help whether one person needs a copy of their lease or a thousound menus for a big restaurant.
I had a very good experience with this company. Kalpana was very helpful and wanted to make sure my printing project came out just how I wanted it, and it did! I would definitely use them again.
Always helpful with great service and prices. Kalpana has been printing for myself and my Father since he had his buisiness in the same building going back to the 80's.
It’s a good place. But it doesn’t open at 9 or 9:30. And is extremely expensive. Only one scan 2 dls.
