I have been going to Kyle's Bike Shop for years. I have never had a bad experience. All the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Anytime i had a question or problem, they listen and try to make it right. Kyle himself is great to work with. He never sells you something you don't need. I recently bought my GF a new bike from there and the staff made her feel like she bought into the family. They were so excited for her. They have a customer for life.

Full disclosure, this is the first local bike shop I've ever been to. That being said, the way I've been treated, Kyle's earned a loyal customer for life. Bought a new Giant from them several months back and it's the main mode of transport for my toddler and I. I ran into an issue where I was constantly breaking rear spokes due to the extra weight of my son on the back. The owner, Kyle, genuinely cared about my issue and was beyond reasonable in working with me. He set me up with a new beefy rear wheel, and my kid an I are riding again and loving it. Additionally, they're big on community, constantly hosting various rides and events. All in all, the combination of an awesome owner and great staff has earned my wholehearted recommendation and I hope you support this local business as well.

I originally stopped in at Kyle's on on Primrose on the way back from playing golf. They asked me to stop in with my actual bearings because they said there were so many different sizes that they would have to match them. After getting home I went to Advanced Cycle as it is closer to my house and they told me that as long as it is the smaller crankcase size the complete bearing set they gave me should work. It fit perfectly and my bike is not squeaking when I pedal anymore. Now I know that Kyle's just wanted to sell me on the service, when I can do the work myself. Thank you Advanced cycle!

Quick fix to my sons jogger tire.. called other places in town but they were the most affordable. Glad i came in, I was greeted upon entry and Josh was very knowledgeable, he advised me of the issue and fixed it in a jiffy. Very impressed.. Thanks!

Kyle and his staff were super friendly and very knowledgeable. Without knowing much, they helped me pick out the perfect bike and I couldn't be happier. With service like that, I'll be a customer for life. Thanks again!
