They do a fine job of waxing. However, just know if you sign up for a membership you have to have a doctor’s note or move 25 miles in order to cancel your membership. At first when I called to cancel they told me I had to be a member for 3 months, so I wait 3 months. Then I hear the news about not being able to cancel at your own free will… I’m sure it’s in the contract I know. But just really feels like they try to hide that until you want to cancel. Also really irritating that they tell you to email to cancel, but you never get a reply? Emailed hoover and mountain brook Overall, if you’re ready for a lifetime commitment to waxing and will never change your mind you are in the right place! They do a great job of that. Just wanted to give people the heads up I didn’t have!
Sugar Scrub: I have been to LA Bikini twice and was pleased with the services I received here by Raven. She’s professional, friendly, and does her job well. Also, Alexis was very helpful and patient with scheduling our appointments by phone. I will recommend this location to friends and others based on my own experience.

Raven & Kendra do such amazing jobs with waxing but this manager is very unprofessional. The only reason I’m going to continue to use this place and tolerate the poor management is because of the their services. This manager has lied multiple times today, told us one thing and did another as it relates to the late policy, all to be turned around. Then with such argumentative aggression, I just politely ended the conversation. I suggest LA Bikini-Hoover does a better job with the screening of the maturity and managerial experience of the person they are leaving in control of the business.
I get the sugaring. Kendra is the best. You are treated like family. I love the way my hooha looks and feels afterwards.
Excellent facility and staff! Jasmine, the receptionist, is always very helpful and kind. I usually see Jennah during my visits, and she is a delight! Jennah is very experienced and quick. Today I got the opportunity to see Raven, and she was also amazing. I appreciated how thorough she was during the service. Always my go-to place for waxing services.
