Order the Berry Perfection arrangement off of their website for pick up. The store was super accommodating when I asked if I could change my pick up date to a day earlier. I'm in love with my arrangement. It is gorgeous and bigger than I expected. I will definitely be ordering from here again!
Working with a small local business means you get a better product and more personalized service! This is my 3rd order with LA Florist and each time has been perfect. I live in AZ and I’ve used both their website and called in. A wonderful experience each time for my KS relatives. The bouquets are at their freshest, the service is outstanding. Making the effort to find a local florist instead of 1800Pro-Annoying is 100% worth it! Thank you for making my Aunt’s day special!
My daughter in Oregon sent a beautiful arrangement for Mother’s Day from LA Floral. It arrived with gorgeous fresh roses arranged in a lovely teapot. It’s simply beautiful! Along with the card was a note from LA Floral explaining the date of delivery, due to the challenges of the COVID situation. My daughter was well aware of that, thanks to excellent communication from this floral shop. These flowers are gorgeous and I LOVE the teapot!
We decided to order flowers for our wedding last minute and LA Floral put together a beautiful brides bouquet, corsages, and boutonnière. Amazing flower shop in Lenexa!
Edit 1/18/19: Another birthday another Perfect bouquet. My husband sends me flowers 3-4 times a year. He's used a variety of floral shops but LA Floral is the best! They are the prettiest bouquets I have ever seen. I after my first bouquet I told my husband to only order from them because they were supremely better than any other flowers I had received. He listened and the second is just as good if not better than the first. You won't be disappointed. Plus free shipping local shipping!
I had a need to have "4" Deluxe Garden Baskets delivered - 3 about a month ago and the final one yesterday and the LaFloral team did a excellent job with creating each Deluxe Garden Basket and handling the delivery. Athena and Kaitlynn were excellent and they took care of everything. I highly recommend LaFloral.
I juts purchased a bouquet and had it delivered to my mother. They arrived on time and looked beautiful from the pictures I saw. I love that they have more unique options other than just roses, carnations and daisies. I highly recommend the Hydrangeas. I also called to ask what time they might be delivered and the woman I spoke to remembered what I had ordered just from the name of who they were going to and told me that they were out with the driver to be delivered soon. Very positive experience overall!
The staff was amazing and friendly! I then ordered online from out of state and it was easy and convenient. I ordered an arrangement worh a box of chocolates and the flowers were absolutely stunning and smelled amazing! I Can’t day enough about my experience but i will be ordering from them from now on. Prices are reasonable as well!
On Friday, April 2nd, 2021, I ordered a bouquet of spring flowers for a friend who is in a rehab hospital because of a major surgery. They were never delivered because the owner of the shop said, “the order was overlooked in their system,” too many orders. They took the order knowing they had many, took my credit card number, though I was not charged, apparently worked on orders till late, could not call me so that I could call another florist and have a delivery made by Easter. I called them Monday morning after Easter. Nothing but excuses, with no attempt to make it right, no compensation whatsoever! My guess, I’m in OKC, so why bother!!
