L'Academie Baking & Cooking School

My sister gave me the Scones class as a Christmas gift!... Best. Gift. Ever! Chef Dan was great. The class was easy to follow and very relaxed. And the scones are delicious! I'll be signing up for more!

Took an excellent cookie decorating class today with Chef Dan! A wonderful instructor and sooo much fun to do! Definitely worth every penny.

A very welcoming fun environment! My boyfriend and I went for a date night and had more fun then expected. Chef Therese was so sweet and made the whole experience so enjoyable. We will definitely be attending soon!

Just finished the 8 week pastry classes. Had the best time. Chef Dan is so talented, creative and such a great instructor. We had a wonderful class and such a good time, baking and learning so much about the science of baking and so many helpful tips. I recommend L'Academie to all my friends.

The classes were very good. The setting was very clean and the way the content was presented in a way that made sense. The teaches were very good.

Incredible experience! The L'Academie team is so professional, but full of humor. They make the learning experience easy to follow. Any question you have, they will have or will get the answer. Very inviting atmosphere! Would recommend to anyone looking to learn tricks of the hand to make dishes less daunting and more exciting!
