Definitely not the friendliest and I've been more than a few times now, this last time my daughter and I decided we needed to find a new place.  She is only thirteen and felt negative vibes too.  I gave 4 stars because they do have nice chairs and nice ambiance and she did do a good job of painting and shaping nail beds.
