I recently got eyelash extensions done by Sheryl and she was amazing. For starters, the studio located in Soho is very clean, organized and just a very pleasant environment to be in. Upon arrival she offered me water, chocolates, asked if the temperature was okay, and then we spent a few minutes discussing the lashes that i wanted. She really took her time in trying to understand what i wanted. The actual process took around 2 hours and the result was amazing. I have gotten lash extensions in the past but the technicians have never been as attentive and the experience was definitely not as personal as it was with Sheryl. And to be honest the result was definitely my favorite this time. All in all i highly recommend Sheryl to do your lash extensions, you will not be disappointed. She is very professional and clearly passionate about what she does.

Extremely unprofessional place. I made an appointment for a spray tan at 12p on Saturday - tactfully right before I leave town for a trip Leaving on Sunday. I received a text message on Friday Night at 2:25AM cancelling my appointment for the next day. I called on Saturday to find out what had happened and see if that message was even real because it seems odd that a 'professional' salon would cancel an appointment at 2:25AM. Instead of trying to rectify the situation, I was met with a whole load of unhelpful and unsympathetic nonsense. They claimed the technician called in sick that morning... then why did I receive a message at 2:25AM? When I asked if there was any way they can accommodate me seeing as though I was leaving the next day & made this appointment for the trip, their best solution they could offer was, "We're boutique... I'm sure there are plenty of other places that can take you." ...How pretentious.

I signed up for a Nuda Tanning Training not really expecting much as they are a fairly new company and even newer to the NYC area. However, after taking the class with Jacqueline, I was beyond pleased with her professionalism, attention to detail and genuine nature. She really wants you to excel and win! She explained things perfectly and went above and beyond to ensure I was well educated in this field that I am completely new to. This was an investment that was very well spent. I am a huge fan of L'agent Noir but and even bigger fan of Jacqueline. If I could give more stars I would!

This place is incredible I have never been this dark in my life!!! If you are looking for a tan to last for weeks and want to recieve compliments on how good you look rush here!!!I love L'agent Noir my new go to spot!! No more shopping for me ha just getting all my glam from here xo
