I am very disappointed in L'Occitane. I went to L'Occitane in person and asked specifically which product is best when I am pregnant. The sales associate told me to purchase the fabulous oil. I just now read on the website that the oil is NOT SAFE while pregnant. I cannot believe I was told to buy it!! I called to get my money back and they told me to go in person. Terrible customer service. I will never trust L'Occitane again.
This is my favorite store on Walnut St.!!! Most of the time their door is ajar and the fragrances lure me in. I am never disappointed.
Bought delicious lip oil and love the product but when I went to use it had to squeeze from the very bottom you know like when the toothpaste runs out. So I went back the next day to get a new one because it appeared used up. The sales associate, using his hand for a scale, decided the weight was correct and would not replace this 19.00 product with proof of receipt including date purchased. So I still really don’t know if I had a used tube but I do know I had poor customer service so that’s it for this brand.
Danielle was very kind and helpful when I visited yesterday. So many great products!
It was my impression that they were way too pushy. I love to shop in peace so I am aware that this review maybe a bit harsh depending on your preferences but they kept talking to me even though I went straight to the area I wanted and clearly had headphones on.
