L'occitane

My recent visit to the L'Occitane store at the Atlanta Airport left me deeply disappointed due to the unprofessional behavior exhibited by an employee named Yas Bradford. As a medical doctor accustomed to providing compassionate care to my patients, I was shocked by Yas's rude attitude and lack of respect towards customers. During my visit, I attempted to inquire about a product and was met with disdain and dismissiveness. Yas's response, coupled with her condescending remarks, left me feeling humiliated and unwelcome in the store. It is disheartening to encounter such poor customer service, especially when patronizing a brand known for its quality and integrity. I hope that L'Occitane takes this feedback seriously and addresses the need for better employee training and customer service standards. Every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of the circumstances. I sincerely hope that my experience serves as a reminder to prioritize customer satisfaction and uphold the values of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.

Terrible customer service experience at the ATL airport location - was reprimanded for taking a phone call while shopping in the store; I was not loitering, was not talking loud or profanely, and should be treated as a customer. I’ve never been scolded at any retail location for using the phone while making purchases. Been using these products for over 20 years and purchased my last with L’occitane today. This location needs corporate training

I always enjoy stopping at this store. The employees are wonderful, the products are great. Getting hand lotion from this store at the airport is a special treat I allow myself occasionally. I bought a small travel size lotion for $12. The skin care products are excellent as well, but they are expensive with some individual products costing as much as $100 or more.

Stopped in to replenish our stock and we were met by two of the friendliest and helpful team members that we’ve ever encountered at your stores..Sheldon and Yasmihna sp? were Amazing! Thank you both for the help and pleasant escape from a long day of traveling..it matters! And we appreciate you so much!

After spending almost 2 days in airports, I arrived to Atlanta. I went into your store to browse and Cheryl made my night! I had a wonderful hand wash followed up with some beautifully smelling and feeling lotion. I love your products and loved how your employee brightened my night! Bravo Cheryl!

Yas was so amazing her smile instantly made me smile and her personality was just as kind. She went above and beyond naturally to assist me in buying things as I was a new customer. I loved her recommendations I’ll definitely come back to this location again

I went into the store this past Monday morning while waiting to board my flight. The young lady at the register was busy helping a male customer. I walked around browsing until the young lady completed the man's transaction. This was my first time being in a L'OCCITANE store. I had a few questions for the cashier. As I asked my questions she was looking down at a sheet of paper. She hardly looked up to see who I was and I could barely hear her response. Now I just witnessed her giving decent customer service to the male customer but she gave me horrible service. So I asked if she could just give me a business card so that I would be able to shop online. She went from Dr. Jekyll to Ms. Hyde

Just love when I find this store when traveling so I can stock up on my favorite lotions and potions. Small but had pretty much everything I needed, and the sales associate was so helpful!

I have always had a good experience at other locations and with the woman that generally waits on me at this store at hartsfield. Not today with Valerie however. Unfortunately the clerk here today was not knowledgeable about the products nor did she offer to show me products or answer my questions.

Loving my products ! I stopped in the store after a family vacation to get an opinion on my skincare routine and to incorporate some new products. Yaz was super helpful and attentative to my concerns. She gave me multiple recommendations and was very knowledage !! Nothing better than an employee who KNOWS what they’re talking about.
