Dont use this storage. I moved out of storage over 2 months ago and they recently charged me again because they didnt process it after i spoke with both of them. I switched from a $70 dollar unit 4 days before 20th my unit is charged but they always charged me on the 16th. I switched to a smaller unit before the 20th but I was already charged $70. After I switched I decided to sell and give away my storage items so I had the small unit for 1 week. THEY DID NOT PROCESS WHEN I MOVED OUT. I was told I would be reimbursed $35 for the extra month I didnt use but was not. Now they just charged me again for the small unit. Now they say I have $50 refund that should be $70. This business is bad when it comes to communicating and processing anything. NOT FRIENDLY like some of the lies on here suggest, and obviously crooks. Why would someone flip out just because you try to remind them what you were told. She yelled and denied everything. LIES! Id give 0 STARS if I could.

PLEASE READ: Normally a good storage facility when dealing with the Woman, always felt like I had to walk on eggshells around the Man. They will sometimes work with you if you are late, some others they won't. Today I received a phone call that I needed to pay my past due account by Friday to get caught up or the unit would be sold. When I called to see the amount which I can now pay, after a hard couple of months during the Holidays, I was told to pay approximately 2/3 and be out by Friday! I live in Florida and that's impossible to do that quick! So he refused to accept full payment for continued storage as stated in the initial message left I saved that message and was strong-armed into giving up my unit so he could sell it! I have Call Recorder on my phone and I saved that conversation as well. I appreciate them working with renters', but that was out of line. My unit is one of the largest ones and I've had it for years. He knows it's full of good stuff. The obvious impression is he wants it for his sale or to rummage through it. Don't rent from this place if you have a lot of valuables and you might be late. Richard R

I have done business here long term with both rental of a storage unit and outside storage of RVs & cars without issue. Staff has always been friendly and understanding of my needs. Prices were reasonable 15 yrs ago and with moderate inflationary fee increases over the years,remain so today IMHO.

I really like the owner's and the way they conduct business. In my life time, I have given 3 five star ratings. I give Lst a five star rating.

Unfriendly owner. Who evicted my girlfriend because she fell on the stairs in front of the building. So she went inside to tell them the stairs were slick when the owner told her she did not fall and she needed to get off his property. not only is that unprofessional but there were children in the vehicle while he was standing face-to-face with my girlfriend threatening her and cussing at her at the top of his lungs. police were called they did absolutely nothing but filed a report I don't know how this place is still in business do not do business with them

Rented 4 yrs. had a spill from the unit behind mine, spent many hours cleaning the mess, throwing away items and was promised something for the hassle. Since the guy that made the spill moved out and didn't pay, I was told I get nothing too. Than I call about my refund and he takes total attitude with me, VERY unprofessional!! When I rented 4 yrs ago the place seemed clean. Now it looks to be turning into a junk yard. I do not recommend renting a unit here.

I have rented a space for 3 years from these folks. They have always been very friendly and worked with me effortlessly. Place is secure and I've had no issues with cleanliness, staff or cost. Highly recommend.

Love this place.We have 2 large atorage units and a car we store here. Very nice and helpful if questions. Very safe amd secure. They have alarms om their units and call immediately if an alarm should go off.

I gave up on this place after 9 phone calls. Each time I was told to call back in an hour because her husband was doing inventory and they would check to see if they had a spot open when he was back. Then, "We might have a spot, Tuesday." Then, Wednesday, then early next week. Don't waste your time here. They aren't organized at all.

Horrible experience! Extremely rude to my elderly parents. Screamed at them over a miscommunication. Terrible communicators! Rude! Zero stars! Unhinged!
