I got sugared for the first time ever back in January by Anna. I immediately signed up for the membership. I have gone every 2 or 3 weeks to Anna since & it has been one of the best investments I've made. I will NEVER take another razor down there. It stays super smooth, no razor bumps, the hair quality is even different now. I definitely recommend you ladies to go see Anna if you want a comfortable enjoyable experience. Starting in July I'll just have the $35 a month. So worth it.

I’m 7 moths pregnant very scared and super hairy but Kristen is really wonderful talked to me and made me comfortable the whole time bcause I was extremely nervous for my first time and she dealt with my jumping very well

Anna is great! The location is very nice and very clean. I love the sugar wax because it does not irritate my sensitive skin.

Ok this was my fist ever brazillian waxing / sugaring ever. I show up to my first appointment and the tech Kylie was very nonchalant she she told me my bf couldn't come back even tho I asked could ppl come over the phone they didn't say women only. So I'm already nervous she gets right to work she was rough and acted as if I was getting on her nerves... I tried to make small talk to lighten the mood and she completely ignored me... She already made up her mind that I was only gonna get a partial and kept repeating it now of course your first time it's very painful and I'm super sweaty which they know that that's why they have the powder she just didn't want to be bothered with me and it showed. I complained to the manager and my next visit was with Ana. She's absolutely great... She's bubbly talkative open she made me feel very comfortable I loved her so much I tipped her. This was in May 2017 well I became a member paid my membership every month and kept my 2 week Apts ..... Over the summer Kylie was fired for being rude and having many complaints and Ana is telling my how super busy she and Ashley are bc they are the only sugarist she's working late every night the business is really booming. Well on today 7-21-17 I had an under arm 12:15 apt I arrived at 12:22 they know that I come on my lunch breaks and I'm normally 6-7 minuses late I tell them every time and I've been going every two weeks since the beginning of May well as I'm walking thru the door I receive a text saying my apt was cancelled she tells me that she tried calling which my phone didn't ring but that anything over 10 minS (even tho it wasn't 10 mins) is cancelled bc it throws their schedule off (mind u I'm always late but it was usually a young girl at the desk this is the first time the manager was there when I arrived) so I say well it's not even a full 10 min she says that Ana 12:30 was already in the back I said well I'll wait and I'll go in her spot she tells me it will throw Ana schedule off... How if she's going in my spot regardless of what she's getting everything should still balance out the manager would not compromise. Finally she says there's a 50% cancellation fee charged (which is in there policy) I said well ok fine I'll just have to reschedule STILL WILLING TO PUT UP WITH IT BC IVE GROWN TO LOVE THE PROCESS AND MY TECH IS THE BOMB then she says well you'll have to pay 50% of the NON MEMBER FEE!!!! WHY IS THAT WHEN I'M A MEMBER she states that's how the system works with a very smart look on her face so now I'm like U KNOW WHAT CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP THERE IS NO WAY I'M GONNA PUT UP WITH THIS IDC HOW GOOD THE SUGARING IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. AS I'M LEAVING A VOICE MAIL COMES THRU WHERE SHE DID TRY TO CALL ME ( BUT IT WENT STRAIGHT TO VM) AT 12:18 TO TELL ME MY APT WAS BEING CANCELLED NOW U SAID I HAD 10 MINS TO SHOW UP WHY DID U CALL ME 3 MINS AFTER MY APT TIME TO CANCEL I'VE HAD BETTER SERVICE AT MCDONALD'S AND EVERYONE KNOWS THEIR SERVICE IS GARAGE AT THIS POINT I'M LIVID... got back to work and a co worker starts to tell me that's how they do every year bc it's only 1 other spot that does sugaring and they really high so when they become over whelmed with client's they get on a high horse and start doing ppl any kind of way bc they can afford to loose clients but then in the winter they practically need ppl bc not many ppl are being waxed and the ones who are are only paying the low price because they've been members so long well guess what y'all have lost a faithful client I would give Ana and the sugaring procedure 10 stars if u could but I've had two dramatic horrible encounters with the staff and I refuse to spend my hard earned $100 a month where I don't feel appreciated so 2 stars it is and only bc the facility was always very clean and nice looking THERE ARE 4 MIN TUTORIALS ON YOUTUBE AND IT ONLY COST $5 TO MAKE THE SUGAR ID LET MY BF SUGAR ME BEFORE I GO BACK AND I HAVE SCREEN SHOTS TO PROVE THIS !!!!

I went in on May 6th for my service and asked to cancel my membership. It's just getting way too expensive and i do not want the $70 being drafted out of my account. The girl at the desk informed me that she couldnt cancel my membership ever??? and that i needed to talk to a manager whom is out for a week to see if she could work something out. I then called on May 8th trying to cancel and she then told me she couldnt cancel my membership EVER! She said they were suppose to tell me that when i signed up. Well no one did. if that was the case then i would have never signed up. This is ridiculous and very frustrating. All i want is for my membership to be cancelled and for the $70 not to be drafted out again! I am very unhappy with this and the fact that these little teenage girls working the counter have no clue what they are doing. Please cancel my membership thanks!
