Such a great studio! All the teachers are super sweet, fun, and patient. I’ve found this is a place where women of any shape or size can come to get strong and gain confidence. It’s especially fun when the colored disco lights are on during class!
Definitely NOT for beginners/first timers. I attended the bombshell 1 class and I have to say I was quite disappointed with my experience here. It's advertised as "great for first timers" however there was no basic instruction or intro/education, just straight into intermediate moves with little attention paid to the newbies. Not sure if this was just the instructor I had, but I would not recommend this class to someone new to pole. Additionally the environment was not friendly or welcoming, it was all quite impersonal. I wanted to like it and I may give pole another try in the future, as its really fun when you do get a move down, I'll just try my luck with somewhere else I think.
Loved this place!! Plenty of poles for everyone. The teacher takes time to help everyone. Great warm up and cool down, too. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming.
Would not recommend coming here if you’re a beginner. Took a bombshell 1 class expecting to work on the basics since that’s what the class description stated. By the end of the class the instructor was attempting to teach us tricks wayyy out of our skill level. Almost all of us couldn’t even climb the pole or do a basic fireman spin, yet we still moved on to higher and higher level tricks that involved inversions and handstands. Mind you this was the first ever pole class the majority of us had ever taken. It felt very unsafe and all around very uncomfortable. The instructor should be able to read the room and make sure the students are comfortable, confident, and ready before moving on to a more advanced skill. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe it was just a one off thing but when I tried reaching out to them privately they never got back to me.
This place is so amazing. Kelly is so sweet and welcoming always. She is the soul of the studio and you can tell she makes it a priority to make sure everyone has the space to be themselves and really express themselves through dance without feeling judged. There’s something so healing about this place. She also offers a great variety of classes. You have classes advanced enough for experienced dancers and classes elemental enough for beginners. Wherever you are in your journey, I recommend. Sadly I moved and I can’t attend anymore, I greatly miss it! If you do have the chance to go, I wouldn’t miss it. Thank you Kelly!
Ever since I started here 7 months ago I’ve been absolutely addicted. Mari is my favorite teacher and she’s taught me so much AND the passes are super affordable. I went to another studio but unfortunately couldn’t afford it so I had to stop but I’m so glad I found this place and have found such a nice community of dancers.
I love this place! The instructors are way fun and inviting, and the class size is small enough I can get personal attention while still meeting new people. I can really get a sense of each teacher’s personality and style, so even level 1 classes taught by different instructors throughout the week give me a well rounded experience :
I went with a large group of friends to La Bombe Pole Fitness for a bachelorette party. We rented it out and were really looking forward to this for weeks. But when we got there we were so DISAPPOINTED! The entire class the instructor played rock music which we all disliked. We repeatedly asked the dance instructor to play another genre on music. Seeing that we are the paying customers and we were told we could choose the music it shouldn’t have been a big deal. The instructor kept saying she would change the music but never did. THE ENTIRE TIME WE ONLY GOT TO LISTEN TO ONE SONG WE LIKED. It was so frustrating. It was supposed to be a fun experience for the bride but we were so bothered by the instructors utter disregard for us we could not enjoy it. In the last 10 minutes I again asked to change the music and the instructor said “Be patient!!” Very sharply! It was so unprofessional and rude. We were all taken back by her poor behavior. The instructor was more worried about playing music she liked than making it a good experience for her customers. I was so disappointed. I had the highest hopes and we let down. I still can’t believe how blatantly rude the staff was. The Salt Mine pole dancing class is a much better experience! Go there if you are looking for a fun pole dancing class!
Best pole studio in Utah!!!!!!! I started pole with Hannah and she is the absolute Best!!!!! All the instructors here are absolutely wonderful though. The studio is very clean and I feel very comfortable when I am there. The instructors are very knowledgeable and you can feel safe when needing someone to spot you. The rates are very reasonable for pole fitness and the owner Kelley is so friendly and kind! I couldn't imagine a better place for a fun way to workout. I highly recommend La Bombe, you won't find better!!!!
