La Carreta De Lily

My family and I went the other night around 7pm. One of the workers was on his phone arguing with somebody and the other worker came out of his car after two minutes nobody said hi nobody said what can I get for you!! Nada!! Ps there was no customer so it wasn’t like they where busy!!! We literally walked out because nobody even tired to attend us!!! Thankfully, La Michocana is next-door they always have great service! 0/10

They just started making homemade nieves juice bars and mango with Tajin is my favorite so far um not gonna lie it is obsessed good people go get you some of their delicious treats.

Well, they are just so good. The people behind the counter are very friendly and fast. I come here every time I'm having cravings!

The service was really poor,it just to be very good,they missed couple things,and the guy who took the order had in attitude,and the place looks really dirty,I will not recommend this place anymore.

This WAS a great place to get a quick treat. When I use to go here I was treated way better. The people that helped me were always so helpful even though there was a language barrier. I have gone back 2 times recently and it's not inviting anymore. I will probably wait a while before going back. 2 people there are very rude. *You do have some good and tasty treats.*

First time customer and I was like "wow nice." Seemed like the employees working didn't like their job. One of the girls there was polite and greeted her customers, not so much the rest of employees but overall still cool. But they sure could use some guidance to help better their customer service skills

I loved this place . I had been coming here for 10+ years . The food was great and the service was always awesome , but this past few months the service has been horrible . All the kids working here are playing around, they don't even take you seriously. Yesterday, as the girl in the cash register took my order , she was also playing around with one of the prep workers and they both started to yell at each other. She practically forgot about me . My food was ok . My order was wrong though. Honestly, I'm not sure if I want to go back to this location .

The tall man with the broken arm is rude, seriously makes people not even want to visit.

Such an authentic Mexican snack and munchies place. I ordered the fresas con crema strawberries and cream which had granola and almonds. It was soooo good! My husband had the "entumido" an ice concoction with tomato juice, spices, mango and lemon. He absolutely loved and and wishes he could have it every day lol

The new people that take the orders have poor customer service and I’ve been coming to this location since my childhood.
