Best Hispanic Food around. Nice little place with great service and an affordable menu. Highly recommend. The food was top notch and full of flavor. You can tell the food is prepped and seasoned well. Highly recommend the garlic shrimp and chicken specialty dish with rice. I also highly recommend anything from the lunch menu. Sizeable portion of food - actually enough to be split between two people. If this is your first visit, try to sit in and eat. Taking the food to go doesn't have the same effect. Inside is small though so it can be a bit uncomfortable during popular times.
Quaint small restaurant, serving authentic Spanish dishes at reasonable prices. Staff were attentive and friendly. We loved the interior decor. Will definitely visit again.Recommended dishesChicken Empanada
Their food was so delicious! Well-seasoned and not too heavy. The portion is really good given then price and the location. Their staff was also friendly. Was not expecting such a great and filling dinner. Thanks for the great food!
Great little place to eat. Seating is very limited but wait around for a seat if you have the time. I had the ropa vieja, an app sampler and the tostones. Everything was fantastic. The sampler had a great mix, wings, Chicharrón, sausage and more. The ropa vieja was one of the best I had. I got a little excited and ordered the wrong sides so I missed having plain rice with the vieja. Highly recommend if you're ever in the area
We stopped here for lunch while traveling by train. The food and service are excellent. Especially enjoyed the coffee, ordered from the lunch menu - sopa de polla, oxtail, and chicken - all were great dishes. Much gracias
The food was down right delicious. Fresh ingredients, good portion of food for the price point. Would of given the place 5 stars however the service was a little slow and the place was not busy when me and my other two guest arrived. Definitely planing on coming back because again the food was top notch.
Very good food, fast service and good customer service. We got the Ropa Vieja and grilled chicken with Maduros, Yuca al MOJO and caesar salad.
This place is very cool and totally casual. Small and cozy, the service is extremely kind and attentive. There are dishes that seem to be available based on day of week, something not uncommon among eateries of this size and cuisine. The Cuban food served here is beautifully flavorful, with a classic, homemade feel. It will leave you warm and fuzzy inside, and counting the days to your return. Great spot for a mid week bite. BYOB or go dry.
Very very verryy delicious. Definitely recommend it. We went here for my daughter's birthday dinner. From Suffolk County, LI to Manhattan for some stores. And for whatever reason we decided to cross over into NJ for dinner and it turned out to be an excellent decision. I will definitely take the time to drive out there again. The food was delicious. Steak and shrimp recommended. And 100% recommend the appetizer, Stuffed Plantains.
Some of the most delicious Spanish food I’ve had since moving to New Jersey. I go here quite often to pick up food for my boss, and the staff is usually extremely friendly and great! The last time I decided to dine in originally, and then my husband and I had to get our food to go. My husband had a last minute work assignment. The server was rude regarding the switch up, and the staff was after that. With so many different options to choose from; I’ll be spending my money elsewhere and will only go if I have to pick up food for my boss. I work hard for my money; I’ll spend it where I feel welcomed.
