@lacolombecoffee , I have always loved you. Could not have gotten through many exhausting days without you. But very disappointed today. I got my favorite draft latte from terminal C at the Philly airport. Could not even look at it till I was situated in my seat as I was running to catch my flight. Was really looking forward to my treat at takeoff and this is what I found!! $5.67 for less than half a cup?? I know inflation is steep but this seems a bit of an overkill!! I could not bring myself to give a one star because your coffee is truly amazing. #pleasemakeitright #lacolombe
Thank you to the La Colombe crew in Terminal E! The very pleasant trio complimented me on my hair, which made my day because I’ve been up since 3am traveling Great people, great smiles, great coffee! Thanks guys!!
My go too coffee whenever I’m flying out of the Philly airport! The service is always fast and kind and the coffee is fantastic! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a pick me up before a trip.
The latte I received tasted like water. My mom went back to get me another one and the person serving the drinks didn’t give her a new one because she didn’t purchase it…. She had to call me for me to tell him the exact same thing and gave me a nasty attitude. Horrible customer service. I wish I got his name to report him.
La Colombe > SBucks Our 2 cappuccino and 2 pastries were average for an airport spot. $24 total 5 mins to order and another 5 min wait for the coffee but it seemed like a lot of other ppl wait much longer. Lots of grab and go options too: Pasties, cold brews and yogurt. This company is part of the Chobani group and I'm surprised they didn't have any yogurt bowl or acai options on the menu. Getting your coffee is a mess since counter staff has to guess at whose coffee order ready. The area where you order is the same area where you get your condiments and the same area where you stand and wait.
The workers were very nice. But the food??? My goodness. Love their coffee, very strong . It was my first time trying their sandwich, never again, and the price for it to be microwaveable, yep not worth it. Spent about $12 for a medium coffee and a nasty sandwich that I just couldn’t eat. La Colombe please just stick to coffee, leave the sandwiches to Starbucks.
Only had one person manning the place and he should honestly get a raise cause he was hustlin'. 3 stars only because we had to wait a half an hour in line due to lack of staff.Food: 5/5
Best coffee ive ever had. So rich and light and it wasn't to dark for a cappuccino! The guy at the desk was such a kind soul!
I had time to waste while waiting for my flight to Atlanta. There was a powerful aroma of freshly roasted coffee at La Colombe, and it caught my attention. I ordered the Iced Caramel Latte, and it was fantastic. It was light on the caramel flavor and strong on the coffee flavor. This made it much more enjoyable for me as I prefer iced lattes to be made that way.
They actually say they close at 8:30pm... and they shut down their espresso machine at least before 7:40 when I was there. They then only will serve regular coffee
