Horrible service! I ordered a small container for the salad bar and after filling my container a little bit pass halfway full of mostly lettuce, mushrooms and peppers, given the selection, I proceeded to check out. When the guy checked me out, he commented that my salad was heavy and it weighed like a medium size salad. My salad was in a small container and it was close-able, not even full! The guy proceeded to go weigh it and said it was like a pound, but he was going to give it to me for the same price as a small salad. That's when I said you know what, just charge me for a medium and he said no no I'm going to charge you for the small salad. Well that's because it is a small salad in a small container!! Don't waste your time or money! Go to Jason's Deli or Salata for a better salad. No wonder there is no one ever eating at this place.
There are few places in the tunnels beneath Houston that are as consistently bad as this place is. I've tried it three times yes, some would ask why but it's conveniently beneath my building. Every single time the meal has gone in the garbage. No more. In addition to the food tasting bad, customer service is lost on these people. The "no can do" attitude is very apparent so don't ask for anything out of the ordinary or you'll get the rolling eyes and told no you can't substitute something for their lame side dish.
So a breakfast taco here is a grocery store wheat tortilla, generous eggs & cheese, 3 small spoonfuls of potatoes and 1 slice of bacon. $5. Breakfast was bland and had no flavor. Go anywhere else for breakfast and save $2. For reference 200 yards away is a taco just as large with hand made tortillas and 3-4 slices of bacon for $2.50. I just feel cheated.
I LOVE the food here! Not only do I eat it consistently for breakfast - my company orders from them for large meetings that need to be catered. They are friendly, timely and the food is fresh. Customer Service is amazing!
Ordered a Ceasar salad and got a bed of spinach and brown romaine lettuce that was absolutely drowned in ceasar dressing. Just gross, wasted $6.
Located in tunnels, amazing food and sandwiches! Love, love this place, quiet atmosphere and friendly staff.
This location is awful. 10/10 on the disappointment scale. The one at 1000 Louisiana St Unit 100 is much better. The JT there is also much brighter and enjoyable than the JT at this location. He is not good at quick maths and leaves me with terrible experiences. Wood not go here and wood not recommend to a friend. Veteran note: do not bring cash.
Got the breakfast platter. Everything was bland or bad. Won't go back. Had to throw the food away it was so bad.
Pricey. The taste is alright. Nothing to applaud
This location is in Houston's downtown tunnels. Great salads sandwiches and daily lunch specials. Limited service hours.
