Horrible service. Slow. Went there because I was craving a diablito shaved ice w/ spicy flavors. The rep took about 15 mins to make it, no one else was there. Then when he gave it to me I realized it didn't look like picture. I asked him for the tamarindo candy that was missing. The rep said, "Oh yeah, I forgot that and the mango". Once I tried it, it was so flavorless. It tasted like water. It was horrible! I asked him to put some more chamoy to give it more flavor, it helped a little but still started mostly like water. Why am I paying $6.99 for shaved flavorless ice? I also ordered a crepe. I ask for nutella, banana and strawberry. After about 25 mins, let me remind you no one else is there, I get the crepe. I checked it, to no surprise, they forgot to put the strawberries. I asked him to please add and they did. I will never go back to this place! So slow and flavorless. The crepe did takes good.

Worst experience ever I threw up my tacos within 2 minutes of eating them, meat was probably older than the second president... immediately called after and let her know I was the one who just ordered the tacos and she hung up in my face, I then called back three times and they never answered the phone, the worst customer service ever, and on top of that the tacos didn't taste like anything to began with. FOOD POISONING FOOD POISONING !!!! I'MCALLING THE HEALTH BOARD AND I'M PRETTY SURE THEY'LL ANSWER THE PHONE SINCE YOU WONT!

The food was good, I got a few tacos and agua fresca... the girl at the counter has horrible customer service, and there was a hair in the food swear she did it on purpose but the manager rectified the situation... I'll probably be back

It's a great place they always make their own ice cream just got done trying the new gansito ice cream!...

The food wasn’t really that good and the coffee preparado had to be blended more u could still taste the coffee beans , on top of that costumer service was not really that good , I say focus on prep/cashiers that will Know how to cook and prep the menus then to getting just cashiers who just look pretty and get their job sloppy.

I had no problems tacos was good for 1.50 can't complain.

Worst customer service! Ordered one scoop of ice cream and a shake and it took over 25 mins! Never again.

Worst ABSOLUTE WORST my wife got tacos from there literally minutes after made her vomit !! She called back to explain , n they hung up !! WORST WORST WORST

I like this Ice cream shop but the guy that help us it seems that he didn't want to work even before he help us he kiss 1 of his coworkers that she was about to leave, in front of the line.

My husband and I love coming here for the respados. Clean, and very nice people
