Took home a variety of pan dulce and menudo. The conchas were burnt on the bottom and could taste it. The menudo was okay but didn't give me my bolillo bread. The man who assisted didn't think we spoke Spanish so his approach was awkward and lacked customer service. Will continue to search for my go to panaderia.
Paid over $90 for this "chocolate tres leches cake" asked for it to be decorated like a traditional tres leches cake with fruit and this is what I got, this is a cake for a 28yr old manwhich I stated when ordering no fruit, and nothing was chocolate except the cake. Customer service was also horrid, called to complain and was told the daughter which I'm assuming was the owner would call me back in 5 minutes and still hasn't called me back over 24hrs later. I wanted to use a locally owned bakery instead of a commercial one but really really regret it. Food City would have done a better job. If nothing else we got a good laugh out of the monstrous, ugly cake. Save your money if you're looking for a chocolate tres leches cake!!!
Small place but the bread is good!! We always order cake there for our parties!!
Came in Monday 8th the map said it was open. I had to drive 20 mins.. there where people here and said we are close. I'm ok with that. But the way he said it. Just tick me off
Panadería I've been to many places where they have donuts and it's nothing like the one off of 16th Street and Southern I recommend you go there if you're looking for donuts that are done right in front of you or multiple flavors they got and probably ones that you don't expect them to have I've been there many times and they always have good Donuts if you're in the area of 16th Street and Southern look it up Panaderia if you have any questions about it let me know
Don’t bother going. They’re never open and need to update their hours.
Definitely the best Pan Dulce I have had so far and I have been to A LOT of places already. I just wish the place was in a better building because it's so small and very easy to miss! Best time to visit any bakery is when they first put them out from baking..fresh and soft Pan Dulce is always best.
my husband found this place and I asked him for a 3 milk cake for my birthday, nobody understood him because of the language, they no speak English, and he had nothing of 3 milk, the decoration was ok and the people take care my husband very nice, to what my husband told me, the jam It is the normal one that we buy in the store, nothing natural, the flavor tasted exactly like frys stores, without any rich aftertaste the truth is that I will not buy a cake there again, I don't usually write reviews but yesterday, which was my birthday, I was very disappointed because I only eat this day cake
The cake I ordered was really dry and the filling was jelly jam :. The decoration was okay but the taste really killed it. It was inexpensive, and like people say " you get what you pay for". I was just looking for a good cake with natural strawberry filling.
All their pan dulce tasted very fresh. They have a wide variety of options too. The bakery is small and easy to miss but so far, it's the best Mexican bakery I've been to in the valley. Their prices are really cheap too. I bought a big bag of pan dulce all for like...$3, unbelievable. Too bad they don't sell flan. I would highly recommend La Mejor. The only downside is parking. The lot gets full quick so you may have to park across the street and make a mad dash across the busy road, but the pan dulce is well worth the risk.
