I love this location My kids also only like this one because they are the only michoacana that carries cotton candy ice cream and me because they have elote ice cream it’s so delicious- none of the others carry it. All the treats are great staff is friendly and informative when asking questions Fresas con crema and the mango raspado are my favorite things to order here

I cannot express how delicious everything here is! They have a wide variety of ice creams and snacks and beverages. Their aguas frescas are delicious cucumber lime is my favorite Their corn in a cup is great. Fresas con crema strawberries and cream is a go to favorite of mine. The prices are good for what you are getting and the staff is always very friendly. My family and I love coming here to satisfy our sweets cravings

First id like to start with the service, everyone is super nice and trustworthy, very accommodating hours great Delicious Ice cream!! . The staff makes it very easy and are very friendly. Specifically, Wendy one of the workers , she has always been super accommodating and provided me with 5 star service. Highly recommended.

This was the first La Michoacana that I discovered and I fell in LOVE!! Every time I visit they always make my order to perfection! Not to mention they are extremely friendly and patient, especially since there are so many ice cream flavors to choose from! So far I have been to 2 other stores and this is still my absolute favorite!!! I have recommended this place to so many people and everyone that has gone loves it just as much!! I hope to go back soon, I have a craving for a mangonada!!!

Overall quality of the ice cream is amazing. The service is okay. The shop is clean but way too hot inside. Fore a ice cream shop I would imagine a nice cool place to enjoy my ice cream they have about three house fans going but not enough to circulate the air.

Always nice and quick with great food

I went in, ordered a smoothie. The manager was washing the store windows, The young lady behind the counter and had started making my smoothie when 2 women came in with 4 kids. The manager told the young woman making my smoothie to stop and take the orders of the women and kids that came in behind me, which she did. I waited, and waited and waited for my smoothie and after 10 minutes I left. It was the rudest experience I've ever encountered in a business. The manager just continued cleaning the window. I felt very uncomfortable and I decided to leave because it was obviously intentional. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
