My family loves this place. Kim is an excellent tailor, we take all our specialty needs to him for all kinds of alterations. Highly recommend for quality tailoring and dry cleaning.

I love La Mode, best tailor and dry cleaners on the upper east side. I take everything here. Never a problem, quick turn around. Kim is great, informative and helpful with tailoring.

Kim is the GOAT. Pets my dog every morning and will crush laundry/dry cleaning day in and day out.

I brought a dress in for alteration and upon picking it up, the beaded bodice and tiered tassels didn't align at all. When I brought it back to the business, they refused to reach any kind of resolution and yelled at me to leave the store.
