Rating 2 star for the false advertising & associate rudeness. I asked how much a full set acrylic manicure was and was told $40. I got tips and nail art so I expected it to be extra, but was not prepared for the end total. My nail tech was very fast and skillful, however her speed caused her to cut my nails shorter than requested. The manicure came out different than asking but I don’t hate it. The nail tech did what she could and did good on the design portion. Unfortunately, she told me my total would be DOUBLE $80 the initial price. When I asked, she got a little rude and said it was because of the nail tips. Nail tips are $5 for like 50 off of Amazon but ok? I was still going to give her a nice tip for seeing me right away/good art but she walked away before I could even pull the cash out. Not the greatest service, cute nails, but horrible overcharge on the price. I’ve gotten many sets of nails and know exactly what to ask for, they just overcharged. Awful do not go to this place ever. This is not what I asked for at all my nails are chunky way too short and the shape is awful. The lady asked me if I liked them I said no they look very chunky and aren’t almond shape at all and she tried filing them and then got up and went to the register she didn’t even try to fix them. I am very unhappy and the lady was very rude. I will not be going back they treat their customers awful with I could give a 0 star

I have been going to LA Nails for a long time now and it makes me sad to see all these low rating reviews because I have never been disappointed once whenever I came here! Kim is such a sweet, wonderful person and has had 30+ years of experience! I always go to her for my acrylic nails and all the pictures I show to her, she recreates it beautifully and at a reasonable price. All of her workers are extremely friendly as well and Kim is a very fast and efficient worker, you will not be disappointed!Services: Acrylic nails

I got there right at 10 a.m. today. There were people ahead of me and I was asked to sit at one of the chairs in the front. Within 5 minutes I was told go to number 9. I told them earlier Gel Pedi. This was my only 2nd time here. My first experience was a Saturday with no issues. I went to chair 9 and a gentleman was working on getting the bag in the bowl. He eventually started filling it with water. I put my feet in and was barely warm. As I was scrolling thru my phone, the minutes kept passing. At around 10:50 a.m. a girl came over jenna and told me she be over in 5 min and she apologized for the wait. My feet were actually sitting in cold water n had taken them out. Was unsure if I should leave. Not at any time prior to anyone come over and apologize. Once Jenna came over she apologized again. I understand being busy but waiting over 45 min and expecting to sit my feet in cold water is ridiculous. She did add warmer water in but I also felt my pedi was done half asked and not even fully covered my nails. I just hope it lasts longer than a week. I'm not sure if they were short staffed for the dah or what. We should be told if there's a wait and how long. I could of came back and got a more professional pedi. And then I felt I was done within 30 min or less. Very disappointed Service: Pedicure

Today me and my cousin went in to get our nails refilled with gel nail polish. The lady I had rushed the whole time while doing my nails and missed putting the clear coating of the gel nail polish on parts of my nails. The design I got was sloppily done. My cousins nail tech was very nice and took her time doing my cousins nails. This place is very over priced. For a refill with gel nail polish and a design on both ring fingers was $46. My cousins was $65 to have them repainted with black gel nail polish and a tiny design on each finger. I just think it's ridiculous when I have gone to plenty of other nail salons and paid half of the price I paid today for both mine and my cousins nails. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY AN ARM AND A LEG.

Absolutely the best! I love my nails they look amazing! Haven’t found a nail salon like this one in a long time. My nail tech took her time and actually listened to what I wanted! I will continue coming back! My pedicure was absolutely amazing as well!Services: Acrylic nails

First time going here. I loved it my nail tech was nice and the experience was relaxing plus I loved the hand massage. I'll defiantly be coming back‍. **Update**2nd time here and I love my nails again

I am always pleased when I get my nails done here, though Brian did my nails today and he was just wonderful! So relaxing and did a great job. Very nice staff, will always come back. Thank you again!

I wish I can but negative star. My best friend and I went here to get a pedicure and manicure and let me tell you was horrible. My toes were missing some nail polish, my nail polish came off in less then 24 hours. Nails were fragile and on top of that My best friend ended up with a toe nail fungus. Please do not go here. Save your money and go elsewhere.

simply walked in not knowing what to choose because sheesh they got so many colors. i walked out with wicked nails done to help match my big baddie material gorl aesthetic. that brazilian wax was also much needed. thank you for helping me have a bright armpit smooth future.Services: Brazilian waxing
