No much help but very honest guy.

Main guy has no people skills. Went to have a letter notarized and he told me he had no time to do it then because had to go to dinner. I asked how long it usually takes for letter to be notarized  for future reference. Man then advised me he didn't do notarized letters right now  because of tax season. Why could he not state that in the first place?
