La-Or is the leading permanent make-up artist in the Washington, DC area. She owns and operates a skin care & nail salon, and serves a national and international clientele. She holds a degree in Cosmetology and is licensed in Virginia as a Permanent Makeup Artist and as an Esthetician.

La-Or received her professional training in Los Angeles, California and Japan and has performed thousands of make-up procedures since 1992. She also attends continuing education and training seminars on permanent cosmetic tattooing.

In addition to applying permanent make-up on clients for the first time, La-Or specializes in correcting applications performed by other make-up artists. Because La-Or is committed to enhancing a woman's natural beauty, her prices are very affordable by today's standards.
