This place is a great hidden gem in NYC with authentic amazing taste. The food is delicious. The bread is divinely fresh. The salmon on brioche and the pate were amazing. Mimosas were made with Fresh squeezed juice. The macchiato and cappuccinos were delicious and fresh. Great coffee can be tasted. The service is phenomenal and you can tell because they got a line outside - even in freezing NYC weather. Definitely will return in the warmer days to sit outside and enjoy the NYC feels. Only thing to be mindful of is they don’t take cash for payment.
I’m not a fan of French toast in general but theirs is absolutely incredible. Best French toast I’ve ever had. The croissant sandwich is great too and the iced mocha was perfect. It wasn’t too sweet and it just hit the spot. This place is easy to miss because of the scaffolding but there are always people here because it’s that good.
We arrived in New York after our red eye flight got delayed by 5 hours. La Parisienne was the perfect oasis for lunch and dessert. We got the ham and cheese croissant with an added egg get the egg. It was absolutely delicious!!! The chives on top were a nice pop of color and a lovely bright flavor with the buttery croissant, ham, and cheese. We also got the warm apple tart with ice cream and the Paris-Brest. The apple tart did not have a lot of sugar and paired well with ice cream. The Paris-Brest was the perfect level of sweetness. If you don't like a lot of sugar in your desserts, definitely get one here! The atmosphere is fun with music playing and a beautiful gallery wall. Thank you for the amazing experience and the delicious food!
This is a really tiny place, not ideal for someone with stroller or a lot of bags and not for large groups. The tables are closed together. There is two tables for outdoor seating that come with space heaters which are much needed. Some tables inside as well. I came on a weekday and had a 10 minute wait. One restroom all the way in the back. I got the ham and cheese croissant. Yummy for sure. The croissant was buttery and flakey. I think $10.50 is a bit expensive seeing how other delicious bakery sell this kind of croissant for less than $7.
I just found this place a few months ago and finally went to this place in this morning! I heard the line is really long but could be here without no line at that time! Ordered today of the soup, Cauliflower soup which is very creamy and pure! The yogurt granola was great!! Especially the french toast was awesome.. The toast was so puffy and not too sweet as well. Everything was great! Gotta be here very sooner!
Finally tried this one! Very nice place for breakfast or lunch. Good for drinks - a very nice freshly squeezed orange juice for $5. The pastries are good but they all came cold and not fresh. A little disappointed from a French place. The chocolate lava cake was fresh but it didn’t come out melty in the inside.
Exceptional food. Chicken salad sandwich was unique and super tasty. The apple slices, turmeric, and pistachio gave it tremendous flavor profile. The bun was light and paired well with the ingredients. Tight space but didn’t have to wait for a party of 2 around Friday noon. Got mimosas too which were fine. Fairly pricey overall.
Everything I’ve ever had at this gem has tasted incredible. Friendly, warm staff and an atmosphere truly feeling like a fresh stop in Paris. Love hearing French spoken around the place! Must try the bread pudding, salmon breakfast sandwich, and French toast!
Awesome place for breakfast in New York City. They have seating indoors and outdoors. There have a lot food choices and many are unique. They offer good cocktails and coffee choices. Will definitely go there again.
Chic French cafe for your coffee and croissant needs. Add avocado toast to that list while you’re at it. Be ready to wait in line to get in during peak hours and sit very close to another table - but it’ll be all worth it in the end. Recommend!
