Traditional Mexican food at its finest. Definitely takes me back home to my moms cooking. Delicious aguas frescas and great Colombian coffee is always an added bonus to every meal!
I ordered the migas and they did not disappoint! The tortillas were nice and crispy not soggy. The potatoes were also crispy I didn’t get the beans because they are not vegetarian. The staff is friendly. The parking sucks.

Last week I called to order chicken tostadas for pick up. So delicious. The corn tortillas were perfectly fried or baked or whatever they do. Perfectly crispy. And the chicken was super flavorful, tasted like pollo asado. I keep thinking about those tostadas! Topped with queso fresco and real crema. I also bought half a dozen pork tamales to freeze and have on hand. I asked if they froze well and the sweet owner said “claro!”. Just defrosted them and had a couple with avocado and black beans plus La Rosa Blanca’s salsa. They’re so delicious, they taste like carnitas tamales. Thank you for making me so happy!!
This place was on point! Pilar was such an amazing waitress she was through about all the options Blanca’s had to offer. All the tortillas are homemade.
Food is amazing! I had their menudo with fresh tortillas & I loved it! The customer service is great & staff is friendly. What's good food without good customer service?! And vice versa, of course! Its a win win with La Rosa Blanca. It's a little hidden place, and parking is terrible, but it is definitely worth it.
Asado de puerco pork chunks in red sauce// 7.95 Your tenderness gave me great pleasure. I could literally cut you with my fork with no resistance. You weren't overly extravagant yet I was completely aware that there were layers, thought and effort put into the cooking of the pork and the chile sauce. A smooth red sauce with mild smoldering back notes. I could easily start my day off with the savory breakfast and not get an inkling of bordem. Brought to you by northern Mexico, thank you for this edible invention
