-0 stars. Still waiting for my belongings. 3 months. Supposed to be max 8 weeks. The day they were supposed to deliver they did not only NOT show up, they kept us waiting all day without a phone call to say that our belongings did even leave the warehouse that day. Even after I called 3 times that day, they still did not give me the courtesy of letting me know I would not be receiving my belongings. The next day, the General Mgr of Philadelphia, Eliezer Garcia's response is :"You have to wait until we call you. Indefinetely". Still waiting for a call. Still waiting for my belongings.Service: Interstate moving

**AVISO..... NO LE RECOMIENDO ESTA COMPANIA A NADIE! TENGAN MUCHO CUIDADO EN DEJARLE DEPOSITOS GRANDES A ESTA GENTE.. SON UNOS MENTIROSOS Y RAQUETEROS.** I had the worst experience with this company. I DO NOT recommend this moving company to anyone. When I cancelled my order with them, I got the biggest run around in getting my deposit back. When I first came to the company, I asked the manager, " if I cancel, will there be a problem or a penalty in getting my money back?" She assured me there would be no problem or penalty in getting my money back. When I cancelled, they ended up charging me 20% of my deposit for services NEVER rendered. They basically charged me for a free phone estimate and for me taking them MY money. I never signed or agreed to having 20% taken from my deposit or I would of NEVER left them so much money. ****WARNING**** I reported this company to the Better Business Bureau and was very close to taking them to small claims court. It took nearly 6 weeks to get 80% of my money back. The lack of professionalism, customer service, and proficiency is ridiculous with these people. You are better off dealing with a mom and pop shop or a WELL reputable company.

I receive some of my boxes not all and they changed the prices to much they not firm with what they say and they like to talk bad about other companies saying that they are scammer and lady was rude she told me speak Spanish we only speak Spanish here and hung up on me
