La Terrine

I cannot sing the praises of La Terrine enough. I registered here after spending months coveting the gorgeous window displays. The service I received was exceptional. Jessica, the La Terrine wedding specialist is outstanding and delivers a highly personal and thoughtful shopping experience. In the age of big-box retailers, La Terrine is a place I am thrilled to give my business. Even my wedding guests complimented the professionalism they received from La Terrine. The items at the store are always beautiful. There is something or many things! for everyone. If you are looking for a place to register, for a gift for a friend or family member, or something for yourself, look no further!

My husband and I had our wedding registry at La Terrine and they were an absolute dream to work with. Both the owner Debbie and registry specialist Jessica were super helpful and beyond patient and flexible with us. What really made the experience great was how many great things I heard from my family and friends about their experience working with Jessica. If they had something shipped, everything arrived very well packaged. Jessica worked closely with my grandmother too, who told me they spoke over the phone multiple times. She said they next time she visits us in NYC she wants to go visit La Terrine so she can meet Jessica in person because she loved working with her so much. Highly recommend these guys - they have an awesome selection of beautiful things, and the people are wonderful to work with.

BEST place in the city to register for wedding gifts! Jessica, who oversees and helps with the registry gives 1:1 attention and focus and really helps couples pick what they need and want. We had gone to bigger department stores and ended up transferring all of our registry items to La Terrine because it was so much better, more pleasant, and easier to work with them. Could not recommend this store more highly!

Registering at La Terrine was an absolutely incredible experience! From the beginning, everyone in the store was so warm and welcoming, and Jessica helped us navigate the seemingly endless number of products available. She was so attentive and helped us curate the perfect collection. Throughout the process she kept us fully up-to-date on our registry's progress, and even talked to a few of our guests who all reported having an excellent experience talking with her. Now that we are in the final ordering process, I am so happy that we chose to register here, and would 100% recommend this location to all of my friends and Family!

la Terrine is my favorite store and it was a joy to register for our wedding with them! They have such a beautiful collection of special pieces, and the wedding registry was so easy and simple every step of the way. They were terrific with keeping track of everything, keeping in touch with us and mailing our gifts at the end. Everything was much more personal than registering with a larger department store - from choosing items that matched our personal style to the unique pieces themselves.

This place is absolutely amazing and exudes class. I registered here for my wedding and worked directly with Jessica. She is so patient and understanding and really took the time to help fine pieces that matched. The staff is just excellent and the variety of merchandise they have is really exceptional. I am a huge fan of the Terrafirma Ceramics that is carried there as well. Some of the most beautiful plates and bowls I have ever seen. Beautiful Italian ceramic dishes. Gorgeous, really. A unique shop with unique products; some are playful, others elegant. A favorite destination for gifts which always makes me want to self-gift. The sales people are friendly and there to help, but know how to step back so you can browse without feeling pressured. I have browsed and bought nothing plenty of times and have never felt anything but welcomed back. They even did a search for me to replace a Deruta creamer with a pattern they don't carry. I'd call that helpful. I have returned items that might have had a chip or hairline crack and the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. It is pricey but I highly recommend La Terrine.

I have had great experiences shopping here, and even ordering through the phone. I really appreciate the sales staff, who are very helpful. I called in recently- looking for a small pasta bowl with painted fish and kelp. I was searching for bowls of a specific color of kelp... sentimental value!- Gia mentioned that a new shipment was coming in and that she would check the bowls for me. I received the bowls and cups very carefully wrapped the next day!!
