We bought a La-z-Boy couch and love seat matching set five years ago. When they were first delivered, the upholstery on the back of the couch and on the arm rests was done poorly. It required three separate visits from a technician to address these issues. A couple years later, buttons on the back cushion of both the couch and love seat popped off. It required two visits from a technician to fix that, who also told us that's a common issue with the kind of furniture we have. Several more buttons have popped off since. Just recently the frame of the love seat broke. A technician came out today to fix the frame and buttons and informed us the frame is stapled together yes, just like the furniture that is half the price at other furniture stores. He fixed it by screwing the pieces back together that came apart, but now there is a loud squeak every time we sit down. He told us that the squeak will stop over time. I'm not okay with that answer. I will discuss this with them tomorrow. To make matters worse, the warranty only covers parts, so we had to pay for these repairs, except for the initial upholstery repair. La-z-Boy furniture is apparently not what it used to be. Don't be tricked into paying twice as much for the same quality furniture you can buy at lower cost furniture stores, and don't be fooled by their warranty. We owned a much lower cost couch and love seat prior to this furniture that lasted over 10 years without these kinds of problems.
My wife needed a new recliner for home, we bought a different brand 4 years old , it didn't last long . I told her I will get you a La-Za-Boy recliner, she went on line and found one she liked , I said we will go to the Wichita store and see what they have , it's better to go in person and check them out , sit in it and see how it feels. We found one after checking a few of them out .The salesman was nice and didn't pressure us , he let us check out everyone that we wanted to set it. We bought the one we wanted and we will have it by next Thursday and today is Saturday. I would recommend sending anybody to this store to get a new recliner, they have other furniture to pick from and a large section. We are very happy to make the purchase.
Drea was so helpful when we walked into the store. She suggested that we take advantage of their interior designer. Miles came to our house and took measurements and listened to what we wanted to do with our room. Within 2 days he had made some choices and showed us how it would look on his computer. Suggestions were super helpful. They definitely know their products. Loved our nonstessful experience!
My wife and I were looking to get me into a good quality recliner, as we just remodeled our home, recently. I suggested lazyboy recliner showroom. It turned out to be a great experience. I found just what I was looking for. Our sales person was great and a veteran to boot. I'm bad about remembering names, but he had a black beard, ha! Perfect customer service, understood details about recliner-product, easy to work with on different options, shared examples of product options that were in the store, spotless store nothing out of place, followed up by phone, Would surely go back to this LazyBoy store and would want to work with Andrea when we make any future purchases. We bought a gorgeous chair and ottoman! Our sales person, Crystal, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We enjoyed shopping at La-Z-Boy again.
The salesperson who waited on me was very helpful with details about the electronics in the chair that I purchased. He showed me alternatives. I finally purchased a floor model at a 50% discount. He was attentive without being high pressure. Thanks.
Associate Cortez very helpful - there to answer our questions, but let us do our browsing, checking back periodically. Not a fan of the “customer pickup charge” of $39.99. Getting the chair ready for the customer to pick up should be a part of sale of the chair, not a tacked-on up-charge.

The service that we received from Asia was outstanding. She is knowledgeable, helpful without being pushy and kind with a great sense of humor. She made the process of buying our recliner easy and she informed us of an upcoming sale before we purchased at full price. And of course, the reason we went to La-Z-Boy was because of the quality product.
