Really good products and prices! Steve and Bree are wonderful and answered all of our questions. They did not hover like other furniture store do, allowed us to shop for recliners at are leisure. We bought two rocker recliners and very happy with our selection. We highly recommend shopping here for your La-Z-Boy furniture!

Outstanding service! My sales consultant, Billy Harrell was customer friendly. Very knowledgeable and professional. He allowed me to enjoy shopping the store without any salesmanship pressures. I found the perfect chair and it has already been delivered. The delivery was excellent.

They love to sell you and they are your best friend! After sale, service is abysmal. I have purchased four pieces of furniture from them. In my opinion, it is on par with Ashley….which is pure garbage! I was on hold with their “Comfort Care” one hour and seventeen minutes before giving up! I called the store where I made my purchase and spoke with someone who said he would “email a request for service!” That was FIVE DAYS AGO! Please adhere to my advice, BUYER BEWARE!

No one was pushing me for a sale. I roamed around freely till I found something I liked. The young lady that helped me was knowledgeable in all aspects of getting me the best deal she could.

I made a purchase of a chair on Feb 11, 2023, the sales person wrote the ticket up wrong. She wrote the ticket for 635.99. I waited on Feb 17, 2023 for the delivery half a day. Finally I called to inquire about my purchase I was told I needed to come in to pay and make the things right. I had a receipt that I thought was right, I felt that I should have paid what the receipt was for, it was not my fought that it was not done right I felt I should have got the chair for the price on the receipt. So, they loss $635. Oh well, its Presidents Day weekend I'll find a deal.

I highly recommend this store for quality furniture at a reasonable price. Our salesman was Steve. He was professional, knowledgeable about their product, and made our sale easy! We were looking for a sleeper sofa for guests coming in from out of town at the end of the month and were so happy to find they had a floor model that Steve allowed us to purchase. I've owned La-Z-Boy furniture in the past and am aware of the high quality that goes into each piece. I am beyond happy with the professional service we received and can't wait for our furniture to arrive! Thank you Steve for taking such good care of us! We'll be back!

Great customer service. Took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for. It didn't take long to find the chair that was just right for me. She was very friendly and knew exactly where the potential chairs were based on the features desired and the color preferred. The purchase procedure went smoothly, and delivery is scheduled for sooner than I expected. This shopping experience ranks a A+ , equalling two previous shopping experiences - both were at Lay - z - Boy. - the place to buy quality chairs and sofas, etc.

Excellent experience at LaZBoy Furniture, Virginia Beach. Beautiful new furniture for our living room. Their designer Sabrina is so professional and makes it fun.

I worked w/ 2 ladies, Myrasp and Sabrina. Bcz of my schedule I worked more w/ Sabrina. Both ladies were pleasant and knowledgeable about the products they represented. Sabrina was patient as I took my time selecting my next La z Boy recliner. I was replacing my 20 plus year recliner. There was never a doubt about what brand of recliner I would purchase next. I also have a 20 plus year leather sofa purchased from La Z Boy. I would definitely recommend La Z Boy products and request both ladies. .
