Receptionist was incredible rude and loved to say no without any emotions involved. Do not use this place! I would give zero stars if possible.

The individual (female) doing the procedure was very professional and experienced. Overall, good experience considering the circumstances.

Terrible, if your insurance plan gives you options for laboratory services (routine blood draws), pick any lab but this one, is my advice. Shall I list the problems? A) Made appointment online, including my insurance information, then they still wanted to copy my insurance card; B) wrinkled up rugs on the floor at the registration desk; C) sickly, half-dead plants throughout the waiting area; D) AFTER my blood draw, they inform me that there "may be" a charge and they need to make a record of my credit card (for services covered 100% by my insurance plan! and no other lab has ever asked for any payment for this same routine blood screening); E) a dependent on my insurance plan also was going to have a long-standing (100% covered by insurance) blood screening here at Lab Corp. and they wanted a credit card for another "maybe" charge of $200. We went to another lab; pronto.

Came on Friday 6/2 around 8 AM and what a bad customer service, employees have no manners and they are despot. Will not go back again.
