Lab Seven Screen Printing

This is the second time I have worked with Lab Seven on a screen printing project. We were working on a bit of a tight deadline for a summer reunion event and Lab Seven was able to make it happen! I worked directly with Emily who was efficient and quick with communication. We ordered both adults and kids tees in two different prints, one to tie dye and another normal. The price is affordable and they have a great selection of softer tees. Highly recommend Lab Seven! I'll be a return customer!

We had such a great experience working with Lab Seven. We ordered stickers, custom logo golf balls, and table clothes for our charity golf event. Emily had great response times and made the whole process very hands-on and easy. We got our products in a very timely manner and they looked amazing at our event! We highly recommend Lab Seven and will absolutely be using them again for any of our printing needs.

LabSeven is an excellent company. I needed help ordering and designing t-shirts for our school’s field day event, and LabSeven made the process easy and fast. And when I had to add extra shirts at the last minute they didn’t hesitate to accommodate me. Our shirts were done ahead of schedule and they were perfect! I highly recommend LabSeven.

I was really disappointed with my experience with Lab Seven. After working with a national vendor who didn't have great quality control, I was looking for a local place that could become a long-term partner for my company. However, our delivery was not on schedule and although I sent hi-res files for the design, they were not used. In my follow-up email to the two project managers, I took full responsibility of approving the proof without zooming in closely to notice that they hadn't used the files properly. I attached photos for them to see how the printed graphic on the shirts came out patchy and was very low-quality. The biggest disappointment was that I got *no* response from someone at Lab Seven. I waited two months to write this review, hoping someone would reach out with a resolution — but here we are. Needless to say, I did not find a local vendor partner in Lab Seven. Giving two stars because the original PM was friendly and responsive before this issue.

I've used lab seven for about a year or so now and they were great at first. They were super helpful with everything and I loved the products. Then the person who handles all the orders changed. Suzanne used to be the one there and was super great, but now I believe her name is Emily works there in her position. The problem I had was I was getting charged for printing my logo on the sleeve of my shirt which was something I did not get charged for before. When I told her that, she said I was charged before. I asked if she could send me the invoice that shows that charge because none of my records showed that charge. She never sent the other invoice for that over and just told me my products were available for pick up. She did deliver them to my house which was very helpful, but when I opened them at least 12 of the few hoodies I ordered had noticeable black and blue stains on them. When I emailed her letting her know she said it's something they can remove, and I will need to ship them back. It was an issue on their part that they did not pay enough attention to before saying my order was ready, backing up my inventory time and release date. Then after my products were received, she sends me an invoice for the printing on the sleeve that I need to pay... without the old invoice I had asked or not even a mention of it. I used to love working with them but have had to go elsewhere as I can't count on my items being quality and transparency on what I'm getting charged for. If it was a new thing that they just started charging for, I would've understood but that was never said and it was a separate invoice after the fact.

We ordered custom t-shirts from Lab Seven Screen Printing Company. Everyone was great to work with, good communication, and the quality of the t-shirt was very nice and soft. Loved working with this local company! Will be using again.
