Unprofessional staff, especially a male who works there. It is the second time that they send the wrong results to the wrong doctor.

My tech was also manning the reception desk. His professionalism and great attitude turned an inconvenience into a rather enjoyable experience...thanks.

Most UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF I've ever seen handle front desk !! Receptionist is so rude ,she doesn't greet patients in a friendly manner. She is obviously Hispanic and will pretend to not speak a word of Spanish. The way you greet customer /patients will determine a person's day and I am sure staff in this place have ruined that for many. It was beyond me to see the way that place is handled. Simply unbelievable! !

Nice staff, clean building. It's on the second floor. To the woman below me....not everyone who is Hispanic speaks Spanish.

Awesome waiting times as well as awesome staff except for two different female nurses who are very disrespectful. One is in her 60s, white, fat, and blonde (just describing what she looks like since I don't know her name). She always wants to do small talk at 7:00AM and if you don't give her conversation she gets in your face and gives you a dirty look by making her eyes really wide. Not even eye contact and a nod is good enough for her, no - she demands conversation, or else; it's so irritating. The other one is in her 20s, Latina, fat, brunette, and she is always laughing at immature things so her face looks like a chipmunk (just saying it how it is). She actually tries to irritate you on purpose by wanting to have starring contests with you and she thinks it's really funny - people like that have the IQ of a 5 year old and she probably does just by the way her face looks. Then, I guess she thinks patients are scared of getting their blood drawn, knowing that the needle is so thin it's impossible to feel anything, so while I was in room #1 she walked by and said to me "Here we go! Here we go!!!" and kept walking by as she kept wanting to have a starring contest with me, again, laughing at something so stupid making her face look like a chipmunk. Seriously I don't even bother looking at her or giving her the attention she never got at home, my goodness, what a child.
