LABCORP

Unbelievably terrible- arrived at 7:35am for a 7:45 fasting blood draw. Found a room full of fasting, pregnant and sick people waiting since 7am. The first appointment- scheduled for the 7am opening time- was not taken until 8am. Poor pregnant woman crying, starving, apparently this is her 3rd attempt but this LabCorp location made errors each time. Everyone in the waiting room had horror stories. I don’t know if it’s this location only or all LabCorps suffering from a dysfunctional “system”, but wow do not come here. Once we were finally taken the tech was awesome. So I can only conclude that it’s LabCorp system and not the staff that is the problem.

I went to this Labcorp clinic on a Thursday morning around 10:30am, waited for 20min before my name was called for the registration counter. I waited for around another 10-15mins for my turn. The nurse was efficient, fast and skilled - I barely felt the pinch of the needle! Great service and very professional, thank you!

Horrible. Made us go all the way to get everything redone, even after we’d been here many times. Woke up for nothing.

They do not answer the phone. Very bad staff!!!!

I was extremely happy with my visit. I came on Wednesday at 10 am and was the first in line, so didn't have to wait at all. Parking was pretty expensive there: starting from $5 for the first hour, $8 for two hours etc, but other than that it was the best location for me. I had pretty bad experience with two other locations: 10215 Fernwood Rd #304 and 9711 Medical Center Dr # 222. I had to wait for more than one hour. The second location has free parking tho. Hope this helps!!
