Ive never had a problem getting my bloodwork here! Friendly and professional staff always! No long waits! The negative reviews are not accurate in my opinion. We're all human and it's possible to have an "off" day.

This is usually my go to spot for blood work. All of the phlebotomists excellent at their jobs. The wait times for walk ins usually aren't bad if you use common sense. The staff is always friendly.

Jasmine renewed my faith in customer service. She was efficient, knowledgeable, and a welcoming personality. It's refreshing to encounter individuals that care about the job they perform.

I read the reviews before going to this location but had a completely opposite experience when going here. I went at 10:30 on a Friday and was in and out fairly quickly as a walk in. I have been to several labcorp locations and this has been the best one so far. The staff was professional and friendly.

I want to like this location due to its convenience, but the attitudes here are always awful. The people at the front desk would rather argue with you and brush you off than treat you like a human. I checked in through their mobile app, and when I walked in less than 2 minutes later, they told me to sit down and wait because they had moved on to the next person. What’s the point of using the app then? Just be kinder to people, how is that not the core of your mission? The phlebotomist was as sweet as can be though. Lucky they are there to save a lot of those experiences before customers decide to complain.

I have to say this is one of the most pleasant experiences I have had a LapCorp. The staff was wonderful, office was very clean, service was quick and I had no pain when stuck. I was a walk-in at 7:30 am, I definitely will be returning to this site fir future lab work.

Wow! I'm glad I didn't listen to the negative reviews. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Chyna at the front desk was professional, friendly and efficient. Latoya was also very professional, friendly and efficient. She has a gentle touch, I barely felt the needle. Maybe the service you get depends on when you go. I got there at about 7am on a Wednesday.

Chynna was friendly and handled an issue for me that might have caused me to have to return another day. Latoya was kind and so gentle when drawing my blood. I had to take a second look to see if she had started yet. Very nice experience. Since I need to have blood drawn every few months, these people make it a much more pleasant visit.

So, I have been going to this location religiouslyabout 4 times a year over the past 3 years to get blood work done. When they were transitioning into the computer kiosk/self sign-in, there was some growing pains. However the last 3 times that I have gone this year, it has been nothing but a great experience. The staff is always friendly and professional and the service is always quick. I always do walk-ins and I've never had to wait over 5 minutes. I just went today and was nicely greeted by China and she was quick to get me going to the back to get my blood drawn. The lady who took my blood today was Latoya and she was beyond professional and got me in and out with absolutely zero pain. She has taken my blood many times in the past and I have had nothing but great experiences with her. I really recommend this site to my friends and family and look forward to continue to go to this location in the future.

I was a bit nervous about getting my blood work done at this location b/c of the bad reviews but I actually had a great experience. I arrived minutes after opening & was out in less than 25 min. The lady who checked me in was very kind as was the individual who took my blood. I’m scared of needles, always will be but she made me super comfortable.
