Today I attended and they took me out yelling loudly and it was not yet time to close the place and since he did not want to attend he took me out yelling he is a tall person and China I did not like that he yelled very bad attention from him and I should sue for That's not how people are treated and he started yelling and people don't yell at each other and they don't discriminate against each other either. It was in this place that I feel bad 2:28 I would like you to see the cameras of the day 01/13/2023 2:27 pm that person should not treat like this
Unprofessional receptionists. Website need to be updated. Made an online drove one hour to get there for them to just say we are closing, can’t help you, we do not accept online application when making the appointment I called and they said yes they accept the online appointments. Prior to this I tried to reschedule the first appointment on the phone, I called continuously for three days not once anyone picked up the phone it went straight to voicemail and other unhelpful options. This is the worst lab experience I’ve ever had. Very unhelpful and unprofessional.
Very closed LabCorp for tlc driver in queens .digital chek In system . And good thing is you can Check In earlier even you have late appointments . Save time. Nice and helpful people . Free water .
I went for TLC drug test, and I had my appointment and everything set up. However, The front desk staffs were questioning me in a rude way and specially one of the lady started talking in different language after I sat down, I did not feel comfortable. Being a medical worker that is not very professional to talk to a patient.
I made an appointment for a fasting blood test. I have been waiting more than three quarters of an hour in a packed stuffy room full of unmasked people. There isn't even enough room for people to sit because they have 4 chairs that they taped up to make unusable. I have never in my life been to such an understaffed grossly mismanaged lab.
Front desk people so rude and unhelpful. Going to any kind of medical service is already stressful enough as it is and these people don’t make it easier. On top of that, you need a doctor’s order for literally anything so scre* those without insurance who need a test. Terrible service and scammy practice. Contributing to the public’s skepticism towards medicine.
There is an Asian receptionist who didn’t want to tell me his name. He is the rudest person I’ve seen in my life. So disrespectful and unprofessional, i cane with an appointment to do drug test and he refused to let me in “because my appointment didn’t specify what the drug test is for” and he pointed with his finger “as get out side” He was even making fun of other people checking in because they barely speak English. Disgusting place to be in, never go there
This place doesn’t know how to handle their patient, there is 20 people waiting outside of the office, it’s a guy and lady that was here, they seems to be not doing their jobs right, this place have people waiting for hours just to get drug test. The girl have people go in front of you even tho you got here first, she would not take care of you, Don’t come here!!!!!!!!!! Don’t come here!!! Don’t come here!!!!!! Don’t come here!!!!!!
Horrible place to go, The place is not at all friendly. No place to sit to wait. shortage of staff. Nobody in front desk who can say hello !!!! when you go in the office.You should be like - helooo , hellooo is there anyone??? After few minutes if you are lucky, somebody will show up. But for sure rude. They don't care that you are wasting your time . There is no anyone who can explain anything about the appointment.
The lady was so nice! I didn’t feel a thing for me blood test. My paper from my doctor was difficult to read and we worked through it together instead of her just saying she couldn’t accept it.
