Everything was top standard and the facility was clean and well maintained. Marilyn and Kelly, the two phlebotomist who took care of me, were extremely helpful and overall provided great service from the second I checked in their convenient kiosk, which was user friendly. Their customer service skills were exceptional and made my drug screen experience very pleasant.
Marilyn as my tech at labcorp. I’m a big guy and deathly afraid of needles. I usually pass out. She started talking football and my NY Giants. The next thing I knew she was telling me to have an amazing rest of my day. Bless her heart. I never even knew she was drawing my blood. I wish all techs were as smooth as her.
This place is a disaster case. Especially the employees they have bad attitude and they show no kindness or emotions towards patients. Today I encounter a hispanic asian looking woman that keeps calling people out and she is a receptionist as well and man oh man she is the worst person ever, I hope the owner of this lab can see this and fire her asap. Never again, do not go to this lab no matter what.
If you want to have unclear instructions barked at you by rude people, this is your place. They will straight up ignore you, even if you are voicing a question/concern directly to the person who's about to jam a needle in your arm. Absolutely no concern whatsoever is shown for patients. If you can, you should go somewhere else. This place is a hot mess.
Horrible customer service, they treat you like you don't matter. Will nevergo again, I recommend everyone not to use them. Also their hours of operations are wrong.
Severely understaffed center - lights are dim and depressing. No attention at all is given. Almost zero staff present. Appointment times are not honored. Horrible … and no I will not do more work and contact you directly. Have somebody at front desk ready to attend people at all times period. Send somebody without notice from the company to get a real customer point of view. Horrible experience for all prescreenings. If I were an employer - I’d be disappointed giving my prospective employees this experience.
Had to get blood work done. Marilyn Pst. made it a wonderful experience. absolutely hate needles and she made me feel safe. got a cute bandaid too
I came to the UC Labcorp because my blood wasn't drawn/stored correctly in JC. There was some wait time but once I was called, the process was fast. Marilyn took care of me and was not only extremely knowledgable but comforting and friendly. I would definitely come back to this location in the future :
They could not find my son’s vein … they tried many times , my baby cried a lot … they told me that it was because he did not drink enough liquid! He is 21 months still breast milk!!!! Rude staff and unprofessional .
Very rude staff. Also, even if you get to the office 15 minutes before they open JUST FOR A DROP OFF, you’ll be there 40+ minutes. Any other location this is a 5 minute process. Go to any other Labcorp.
