I only do deliveries and pickups here. But the hospital always looks clean and most of the staff has been helpful here. I have heard a lot of good things from some of the patients I know

Since day 1..
I was born here, and they took amazing care of my mom throughout "the time," and I must say she still recommends this hospital for L.A. residents and so do I.

Service is fine, but dealing with billing or any sort of administrative processes is hell. Seriously do not go here. Their billing department gives you different information every time you call, its practically impossible to update your address if you move, and they won’t re-send a bill if it went to the wrong address or was misplaced. They also won’t refer you to any outside practitioner if you want to move your business elsewhere, so you’ll have to start over.

Stuck in the E. R. 3 DAYS misdiagnosed to shame and fear...
1. Even if you deserve them, this hospital will dump you for asking for any opiates. Even if you didn't know that the medication you asked for was one.
2. bounced around the many fast tracks, set up like a homeless shelter with security island.
3. Nurses and Doctors jaded, Nurses will begrudgingly rewrite your doctor's diagnoses just cause they are mad at ALL the patients, basically they will fail to mention you have lung cancer.

A building full of people ready to start the process of healing in all aspects. The friendliness and caring and compassion the staff has for their patients and visitors cannot be matched. Former patients who were admitted into the hospital often return to greet the staff and express their gratitude for all the services the staff has provided. Have a question? The staff at the info desk in building H have all the answers for you.
