I went to Ladoux from the amazing reviews on Google and this place did not disappoint. The women were very welcoming and exactly what i asked for is exactly what i got and beyond. Every time I come see Ms. Elizabeth she ALWAYS gives me what I asked for. She is swift and my hair always looks BEAUTIFUL! Making an appointment is important! These ladies are very talented so the shop can get busy. Make sure you lock your appointments in. She really is the Best! Requested style: Senegalese twist with heart braids on the sides.

Have frequented this salon for a few years and always had great results with different sized box braids with Aisha. Today, I called last minute, and Elizabeth did a phenomenal job on my medium box braids. Very neat parting, smooth braiding! Some people braid loose, but my braids were tight at the scalp, just as I requested—PERFECT! I know these braids will last me through vacation and into the next month! I am so HAPPY!!! Thank you so very much! I’ll be back soon! 100% Recommend!
This was my first time coming here and Doriin did a wonderful job . She is the First chair when you walk in the shop . Very nice and takes her time . Neat work and braids pretty fast . Overall great experience and will be back !!
I Googled randomly and call the number, when the owner answered the phone she was calm and happy right away she invited me to come in the next day I explained I wanted knotless medium braids middle size down to my back she said don't worry come in when I got there she was busy but she assign another girl the one that sit at the back to braid my hair am not going to lie I was nervous a bit bc I never had my hair braided by African nor do i let people touch my hair plus the horror stories people be experiencing had me shaking a bit...anyway the owner had a huge warm smile and that went on as if we knew each other from before... we click right away.. me entire experience at that salon was wonderful i will definitely be back and recommend anyone I know need there hair braided
They were rude, it took her a long bc she kept talking her friends, said $40 on the phone then $60 in person bc ‘you don’t have hair like ours’ I’m half white with 3a/b/c hair, the middle part is crooked, one of the pretty is very off centered and she didn’t care at all that she was breaking off so much of hair by combing if without product before every braid. It took her an hour to do 8 braids and I have long thin hair. She made it seem like this kind of hair was difficult so it cost extra. When I asked at the end if it was her first time doing 3abc hair she said no, I’ve been doing hair 25yrs, ‘lots of white people.’ The shop was dirty, they weren’t inviting, my braids were done well, it was expensive. Giving two stars bc my hair was braided and I know it will stay for a while. UPDATE: I went back 3 months later bc it was easy to schedule and at least I knew what I could do better, like coming with my hair dry. I got whom I believe was the owner of the shop and my hair was INCREDIBLE. I got stopped in stores, at church, on the stress by people telling me how good it looked and asking where I got it done. This woman was kind, treated my hair well and used special tools to make the braids look perfectly even. I recommended her to people and will absolutely be going back to her. Her name is Elizabeth.
