Lady Foot Locker

I must start by stating that every assistant with whom I associated was very nice. I purchase a pair of shoes last evening and asked if I could wear them out of the store. The individual assisting me was kind; however, the return policy was not mentioned to me. By the time I arrived to my car, the shoes were rubbing a blister on my heel. I immediately changed to my old shoes. Today, I attempted to take them back for a refund because the cost was quite high almost $90 for this quality of shoe. The manager refused to provide a refund because the shoes had been worn even though they were worn for about 10 minutes and pointed that the return policy was stated on the back of the receipt. I regret not reading the BACK OF MY RECEIPT before walking out of the store. Side note, there is no way of knowing a pair of shoes will rub your heel wrong unless you wear them. He was, however, willing to exchange them. This is interesting because he mentioned he could return my money because the shoes were not able to be resold. What would he do with a pair of exchanged, worn shoes? Why couldn't he do that same thing with my worn-for-10-minute-shoes? When I commented on my disappointment and stated that this policy would prevent my family from every shopping at Footlocker again, he inappropriately responded, "You, in all your power, may choose to do what you want." To both he and the cashier, I mentioned the inappropriateness of that comment. I immediately called the toll free number on the back of the receipt and the costumer service individual was extremely helpful in saying she would provide a printable label to return the shoes for a full refund if I mailed them to the warehouse. I am currently still waiting for that label, so I am unable to comment on this service at this time. As I promised the manager, I will not shop at any Footlocker again, but the manager expressed that it was not a matter he cared about. So, I want you, the perspective shopper to know this about the manager if you shop at this store. I kindly suggest looking else where.

The customer service here lacks everything you would want in a footlocker. F**k this location.
