Lafayette Bus Stop (e)

Why not build a station for the greyhound or put them back at the Amtrak station? I don't get it at all.ppl waiting in the cold then buses be late. A station or some kind of building would be better then a empty parking lot

Greyhound service is abysmal. I showed up at the Lafayette station at 7:10PM promptly to get on a bus to Chicago scheduled to depart at 7:25PM....at about 7:50PM I called customer service and was told the bus should arrive at around 8:10PM. At 8:30 the bus still wasn't there, so I called again and was told the bus never departed Indianapolis and they were looking for a driver. What the heck? Can you guys friggin communicate this somehow to people wasting their time waiting? Everyone waiting at the station in subzero weather gave up and left. I called to ask for a refund and was transferred and put on hold for about an hour. Then finally when I got ahold of someone they said I need to call back after 24hrs because their system hasn't been updated for the delay yet.

Bus got delayed and when it finally arrived it's was oversold. What's the point of selling tickets if passengers are not guarantee a spot?

시카고 가려고 예매했는데요 넘 후기가 안좋아서 걱정했는데 10분정도 더 기다리니 왔어요 City bus 정류장에서 왼쪽(차 주행방향 반대)으로 좀 내려가다보면 벤치 몇개있고 전봇대같은 데에 bus stop 표지판이 있는데 그 곳이 정류장이에요

C'è il wifi gratuito. Molto utile l'applicazione doublemap che da in tempo reale la posizione degli autobus.
