Lake Aire Supper Club

Me and my better half came here for New Year's Day brunch. I have never been here before so this was my first time. The ambience was excellent the food was really good the waitress you couldn't beat the bathrooms were clean and well-kept and it was nice and warm as far as temperature goes. I've had friends that went here and weren't really happy but I thought I would give it a chance. Am I glad I went ,you bet I am and I would return there!

My girlfriend and I took my parents there for my Father's birthday. We've been there before as we grew up in this town, enjoying the buffet on Sundays. They had a party that evening in an adjoining ballroom. 3 of us ordered the broiled cod, my father ordered the beer battered. From the time the waitress walked away until we got our food was one hour and 25 minutes, for their Friday special. Not once did we receive any update from our waitress, an apology, nothing. We finally receive our food, it was cold, everything was cold. Our broiled fish was not only cold, but overcooked, ridiculously overcooked. My garlic mashed potatoes were flavorless and cold through the center, my girlfriend's French fries also completely cold, my fathers fish, the batter was disgusting, he ended up picking it off. Our waitress was far from helpful, zero apology, zero updates, zero smile and an attitude that said "Get up and get out" so, we did. My father, who has lived here for over 40 years turned to me and said "I've eaten my last meal here." If your service and kitchen staff gets so upended by a party, then there should be some warning. I agree with my father, I've eaten my last meal here.

Great food! Chuck and his staff do a great job on food selection and service for their guests.

I had a 6:15 PM reservation I was promptly seated. The waitress took our order for drinks and we had drinks in our hands after about 30 minutes after another 30 minutes we got more drinks we went and got them ourselves from the bar after another 30 minutes they set the table like we planned on eating it just amazed me the food was great my steak was a little overdone but that was OK, what was not OK was the fact that we were the last people leaving the parking lot at the end of the night that’s how slow it was, I would not recommend eating here unless you have the whole night free beware the bar bill will be more than you expect.

I was very impressed. First time I have been to this restaurant. The restaurant was decorated for Christmas and looked very nice. The food was excellent. I would eat here again.
