Management was kind enough to bring my dog a bowl of water while waiting for freight. I was surprised and thankful especially my dog Sam.

Awesome service, my employer booked me a ticket to sand point, AK through Lake Clark Air. Check in took a little long but you have to understand that a mojaority of the people that live off grid in Alaska use these aviation company's to move gear and freight so they come in seeing if they can get there supplies on the outgoing flight. I will say they seem to be a very popular air carrier in the community because there phone never stopped ringing the whole time I was there, about 4 hrs, and they picked it up everytime!! I would recommend them to anyone looking to get to any remote area in Alaska

They don’t know what they are doing, they don’t seem to communicate to each other. They are always late or early and never notify.

Lca was so awesome! They are taking my nephew home and allowed us to open his casket at their office. It meant a lot to the family because there was no visitation. Chinun Lake Clark Air you guys are the best! Yes! These guys are great have an awesome summer and stay healthy

Don't know how they could sleep at night charging 2.25 per pound in freight. Pilots seem over worked and tired. The better business bureau should definitely investigate this place

Very convenient and centrally located

Work chartered flights using Lake Clark Air. Staff was very rude. They can't give a correct ETA for flights. 3 Staff had told me different times for pick up. Get back to room and have to go right back because those flights were actually landing and not 3hrs out like they had said. 1 employee actually called yelling at me, not making sense then says she called the wrong person and slammed the phone down on me. They don't pay attention to which flight they put your freight on or even let you know it's on the way.
