Lake Forest Manufactured Home Community

This is a great community management is always attentive to all residents needs and help as much as they can. Don't forget maintenance always keeping everything clean and in working conditions they all working hard man and women. The new homes are beautiful recommend the area.

Bad experience from dealing with a manager. Her name is natalia I believe. She is rude to the costumers and it seems she don't respect her coworkers.

Management sucks. Especially when you call for years about the trees over your house. And now look at the community. Thats all Management for you. The streets are horrible as well

I could not be more happy to live in this community, my kids love it here. everyone that is in the office is nice they try to help with everything they can,

I live here..new mgr is great! Stacey is very nice...though I see rules being broken on a regular basis...

I live here. Very quiet. Nice people. Great place to raise our kids. Yukon schools are above excellent.
