About Kathy Jordan, LMT & Owner:
Kathy has been a practicing massage therapist for over 26 year, her clients include men and women, young and old – business and medical professionals, athletes, musicians, dancers – anyone who appreciates the restorative and therapeutic benefits of massage.

Mindful that each client has unique goals for massage, Kathy strives to personalize and tailor each visit, focusing on current concerns and requests. Treatments often include a combination of modalities, such as Myofascial Release; Swedish or Relaxation Massage; Trigger Point Massage; and/or Sports Massage. She looks forward to helping you achieve your health, fitness, and relaxation goals.

Worked with a number of the different masseuses, all do a great job. different styles different pressure but definitely satisfying.
Amazing staff, everyone knows their stuff and they are very in-tuned to their clients' needs. I found them after a motor vehicle accident as I was referred by my physical therapy office. After seeing them weekly for the last 3 months, I also recommend them! They are highly-qualified to meet your therapeutic needs.
I have received massages from Kathy, Karin, Alina, & Jill and I must say that Kathy has crafted a team of some of the most talented massage therapists I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. I just had the best massage. Teresa was kind and thoughtful. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I would absolutely recommend her! She was knowledgeable about the body and was intuitive to my needs.
I am so happy to have found Kathleen McLaughlin! She is by far the best LMT I’ve ever seen. I have extremely sore shoulders, neck and upper back from my desk job, and went to Lake Grove Wellness for a medical massage. It basically felt like Kathleen was reading my mind during my massage - she worked all my problem areas with the perfect amount of pressure, and found problem areas I didn’t even know I had. She was so sweet and knowledgeable. She’s the first LMT to explain to me in detail what is going on with my muscles - usually I just get told “bad posture” and that’s it. I have already scheduled with her again. The facility was clean and inviting. I wish I had caught the receptionist’s name. She was also very sweet and helpful.
Karen S. Is amazing. I booked a massage here since it is close to home but I would drive a long way for the quality of massage I got here. Best massage I have ever had. I went in with super knotted shoulders and left feeling so much looser and much more relaxed.
I have been going to Heather for massage for almost a year now and she is absolutely amazing! I drive 45 minutes every time just because I can't find anyone else as good as her. I highly recommend her for massage!

So glad I found Lake Grove Wellness. Chelsea is a miracle worker! My aging tight shoulders and hips are benefiting from her skilled hands, and she's educating me on basic kinesiology as I strive towards improved flexibility and better health. I feel very comfortable at Lake Grove Wellness.
