I have had a really bad experience with dick Hayes he was very rude to me and even told me he doesn't have time to talk to me when I merely needed him to answer a few questions. I politely called him back assuming he may have forgotten to get back to me and he laughed me and told me not to bother him and that he would call me. I understand that some Realtors can be very busy however I feel like good business should be taken care of all clients including small business. he told me goodbye and abruptly hung up the phone on me. Personally that makes me feel like not wanting to ever do business with someone who doesn't even care about the "little guy"
