The lake is beautiful all year. We were at my parents house for Christmas day. We had Christmas dinner with family and open gifts. It was very nice but some of our family wasn't there. They were sick and one has moved so it was sad that everyone wasn't there but we still had nice time.

great private lake lots of nice people. avoid the snack shop unfriendly owner.

Roads are bad throughout area, step drives, houses are beautiful. Lots of community events throughout the year.
