My new husband and I went to Lake Oswego jewelers from Seattle, WA because I liked their online selection for my engagement ring. We were in for a treat when we met Travis - who had saved the ring all week for our visit and had the ring and diamonds on display for us when we came in for our appointment. We were so happy and pleased with Travis’ service and knowledge about the jewelry not to mention the history of this jewelry store and that it is a family business. Travis made it possible to leave same day with my beautiful vintage engagement ring along with both of our wedding rings, that we were not planning to buy that day! Travis gave us a first hand, personal jewelry buying experience that we would not have had at just any jewelry store. My wife and I had an amazing experience working with Travis at Lake Oswego Jewelers. A few years ago, my then-girlfriend shared the custom design that Travis had prepared for an engagement ring she was purchasing for me. We had envisioned complimenting rings based on a simple claddagh design. I was very impressed with the elegance and clarity of his work. In mid 2017, my fiancée-to-be introduced me to Travis when I was in the States to check my ring size. I enjoyed his professional yet relaxed & personal approach, and found him very easy to get along with. A couple months later, I abandoned my search for a jeweller in my native Australia and contacted Lake Oswego Jewelers to create the perfect engagement ring. Travis remembered me and was immediately up for the challenge of designing a custom ring with a client in an entirely different country! We exchanged many drafts via email his 3D design prowess helped a lot and his responses were always swift and personal. Over a few weeks, we created an incredible piece, and when I eventually received my own ring, I was blown away yet again. We couldn't be happier with the work that Travis and his team have done.

I've known Travis and Tiah for 15+ years and if your looking for a place to buy a ring, look no more, these people are the best! Super nice people who actually care about the final product that comes out of their store. I know for a fact that I was a pain in the butt client. I ordered two total rings from them. The first ring was returned and upgraded and the 2nd ring is the one in the picture. I absolutely love the ring! It was exactly what I was looking for! I've never in my life shopped for a ring, so needless to say I was scared. It's a super expensive purchase, but it all worked out! Travis and Tiah walked me thru the process from start to finish. All my questions were answered and then some. This process took about 6 months in total! That's a long time to deal with someone and Lake Oswego jewelers handled it amazingly. I could go on and on, but in all seriousness, this is by far the best place to buy a ring! I currently live in Los Angeles, California so we did ALL OF THIS through emails, calls and text messaging. I easily could have bought in California at some local ring shop, but I didn't, I chose Lake Oswego Jewelers! By far my best decision!

My fiancé and I have nothing but good things to say about Travis and the work done at Lake Oswego Jewelers. In the summer of 2017, I had my fiancé’s ring made based on a simple claddagh design, and this last weekend, I was presented with its perfect match my fiancé is from Australia, which made the collaboration an even more delightful surprise!. I know my fiancé had his reservations about wearing a ring with a heart detail on it, but Travis created a subtle, masculine design that suits my fiancé’s style flawlessly. As for my ring, I fall even more in love with it every day. My fiancé is only able to visit every few months, but somehow he and Travis managed to produce a completely custom ring despite timezone differences and relying solely on online communication. Travis and the team have been amazing to work with and we couldn’t be more appreciative!

Travis and Tiah and the Lake Oswego Jewelers staff are amazing! I am impressed with their on hand selection of jewelry and also their quick turn around times on custom jewelry. Travis went above and beyond working with me to design the perfect engagement ring for my fiancé. The design was exactly what we wanted, and the ring came out perfectly and looked exactly like the design. He was always prompt to answer any questions I had, and even took time out of his day to meet me on weekends for “covert” ring design discussions. My fiancé absolutely loves the ring and it was perfect for her. I am so glad I decided to go with LO Jewelers and feels great to support a local family owned place. It was obvious he really cared about us and our final product.
